LOW LIFE TOUR: NEW ORLEANS, LA

First day in The Big Easy we hit the streets Lizard was getting buck on the Lake Pontchartrain levee which must have pissed the cops off.

Beause they rolled straight up the grass and shut down the session.

Not before Lizard got this though.

Some lake refreshments after the cops left.

We made sure to hit the famous “pancake gaps” under the bridge as well, fun spot.

Then it was off to check some skate spots in the 9th Ward, the area that was hit hardest by the Hurricane Katrina flooding. Sections of the area are just empty ghost towns where the houses floated off their foundations and had to be removed. And a lot of the houses are still in need of being repaired still. Then there’s a lot of places like this which, who knows what’s going on.

We tried to convince Sammy to drop in off this roof, he’s the official roof dropper.

Neckface worked some of his voodoo.

John Dixon and Figgy chillen before the signing.

The signing at Humidity Skate Shop once again had a huge turnout, and once again the New Orleans Police showed up to shut it down. We seem to attract the fuzz everywhere we go, someone tell the Atlanta Police Department we’re on our way!
